Where do you ship from?
We ship from Ålesund, Norway, using Norges Pakke. Packages are delivered directly to your UK address.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat shipping fee of 69 NOK.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery to the UK usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and the day you order. If your package is too large for your mailbox, delivery may take an extra 1–2 days.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number along with your delivery confirmation.
Returns
Right to Cancel
Unless otherwise excluded, you have the right to cancel your purchase in accordance with UK consumer law.
How to return:

Fill out the cancellation form available on our website (include your order number and whether you want a refund or exchange).

Return period:
Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel.You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless otherwise agreed.You may try or test the items in a reasonable way to check their nature, properties, and function. If the testing exceeds what is necessary, you may be liable for any reduced value of the items.
Refunds:
We will refund your payment without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or proof that they have been sent.
No fees are charged for exercising your right to cancel.
